Tour Guiding: An Introduction Looking at types of tour guides Producing an itinerary for short guided tour (1 day coach tour in Scotland) Conducting short guided tour (5 minutes)

Resort Representation: An Introduction Roles and types of resort reps How airport duties and transfers should be conducted Present a welcome meeting (5 minutes)

Working as Air Cabin Crew At SCQF level 5 –Knowledge areas about aviation industry, terminology etc –Communication with passengers – service announcements –Service of meals At SCQF level 6 –Safety and service procedures –Duty free and tax paid goods service –Trolley merchandising
