Updates are coming to the process to make it easier Renewal issues appear to be caused by a bug on the VMWare side; OARnet is seeking resolution A catalog option will be added, hosted on the VMWare site Ordering process uses Service Now, and they have lost some tool team members –Direct support for ordering can be obtained through Dana (614)
