Go to: Tests, choose Assignment Status, then choose to View Assignment Status. On the next screen enter the grade and subject and click Search. Once you see the assessment name pop up below that, click on the blue hyperlinked name of the test assignment
To correct/move students to Scored from “In Progress”, clicking finish is required. Train teachers and students that whenever a student is finished with the MC items, they must click red FINISH. All students “In Progress” will need to login (or teacher or SAC can do) and choose Take a test, the subject, click continue, then next, and then continue. When the test comes up use the navigation across the bottom to click the word End. Then on the end page, click the red Finish button. For reading and math predictive we can force close any students still showing “in Progress” at the end of the assessment window. To avoid students showing as “In Progress” train proctors to have students click red Finish button when they are done with MC items.
If students are showing in the “Partially Scored” column, that means that CR scores have not yet been entered (or processed-it is taking approx. 3 days for CR scores to process and upload to the site in this extremely high volume time of the window). Please make sure teachers know to enter CR scores prior to the end of the window if they have any students still showing as “Partially Scored”.
