The Add Students list is created by using all students from: The October 1 Consolidated Report from last year The SMART Report from last year All students who have an entry date less than October 1 for the current school year. This should comprise every student educated last year and so far this current school year. If the information regarding the drop date, the address, or the entry date are not right on the “Add Students” screen, you can edit this information once they have been placed on the “On Screen Data Entry” page.
