The project is supported by the European Commission under the HEALTH thematic area of the 7th Research Framework Programme IAM as means to make strategic decisions Further development What technology is lacking? What should be further developed in-house? What to buy/license from others? Venture creation What rights do we need to exploit the technology? What people and organizational activities do we need? Patenting/IPRs What should be patented? What other governance mechanisms are needed to protect our resources? What should be done regarding others’ IPRs? Collaboration Where do we need strategic partnerships? What of the things we bring to the table are valuable? What can be discussed freely/what is secret? Business modeling What is our unique technology and what utilities does it create? Is there a need for it? What could we offer to others? How could it be packaged?
