Capabilities of state of the art instrumentation in isolated locations may not be always used because of knowledge barriers (Training)

EMAR Objectives Facilitate, intregrate and disseminate the work carried out by National NMR and EPR communities in Europe (NETWORKING) Stimulate the development of MR in interdisciplinary areas by coordination and exchange between groups in different areas (EXPLORATION) Promote the transition of concepts and techniques from the frontiers to basic users (TRAINING)
