Conclusion It took 2 hours to fully complete the hike With a 10 minute break at the ½ point Overall, it was very challenging but an amazing hard workout! It was fun for the family to challenge ourselves and be active in the process. The cardio training helped a lot and having a water bottle on hand came in very handy
