LEVELS OF SVQs Level II Broader range of activities where the candidate demonstrates more autonomy & responsibility and may have to work as part of a team Level III Activities more complex and non-routine. Considerable autonomy and responsibility including supervisory skills. Level IV Complex and technical work activities. Management skills. Level V Decision making activities, management of resources and complex skills.
