Repository uses: 1 Publish papers in series Newest submission often references an accepted paper not yet in print Can refer referees to repository so they can view latest submission in best possible light

Repository uses: 2 Discussing ideas with other investigators at recent workshop Describing work in accepted manuscripts that were not yet in print Referred each other to respective research repositories

Key Advantages Rapid access to new work Speeds up resultant research Benefit of open access publication (more citations?) but maintaining prestige of publishing in refereed journals Find researchers actively publishing using a particular method/technique collaboration?

Ease of use Uploading of papers is easy! (2 or 3 mins per paper) Various formats including PDF and Word Cut and paste from document to enter authors, abstract, key words etc. Submissions checked by administrators
