PCFDI (Primary Care Faculty Development Initiative) The PCFDI  National faculty development effort that involves the three primary care disciplines of IM, FM and pediatrics We are looking for people with ideas and a deep desire to improve residencies PLUS help figure out how to rapidly develop faculty capacity across the entire nation.
