Being on bicycle means that they can patrol places inaccessible by a car. They are also able to detect people hiding behind bushes and trees at street level. They will conduct initiatives whereby home owners oversights (e.g. open gates/garage doors/safety gates/vehicle doors, vehicle lights left on etc.) will be reported to our Control Monitoring Centre and logged. Armed response patrols increase in the area as the guards will be visited by the armed response officer and the supervisor.
