Summary the story is set in 1865, during the American Civil War four men, a boy and a dog escape from Virginia by balloon and land on an uncharted island the story is about their adventures on the island

Most impressive scene they discover a pirate ship coming towards the island the captain of the ship is Bob Harvey, the most dangerous pirate in the Pacific Ocean Suddenly, there is a big noise of explosion and immediately the ship breaks into halves It is very dangerous, but they are all right at the end
