The aim of OPTI-PACK is to: Help companies for implementation of the Packaging Directive Assist authorities in auditing Develop practical methods for packaging optimisation in EN13428 Prevention Standard

OPTI-PACK 1. System description which gives the background of the EU Directive and The standards (EN ) and an overall introduction of how to work with the assessment of the essential requirements.

OPTI-PACK 2. Toolbox with a number of different assessment methods including theory and science. The toolbox is a computerised database. Companies can choose between different methods but must evaluate each method for own pupose.

OPTI-PACK The toolbox have both: Toolbox with assessmentmethods for packaging optimasation (EN13428) Tools for using packaging indicators in the control of optimasation in companies

OPTI-PACK Start with the Introduction Read 1. System and plan own project Use the 2. Toolbox when needed in the process of implementing in own company. The toolbox contains more methods than you need to use. Choose any methods you find convenient in the company processes.
