He is now married to music publisher Katherine Blasingame. The wedding took place in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Church's home state of North Carolina. The actual wedding place was at Westglow Spa & Resort in Blowing Rock, N.C. "Katherine and I stayed there last year, and we just fell in love with the place," said Church. "We decided that it would be the ideal spot to get married, up in the North Carolina Mountains with just family around us. I can't imagine a more perfect spot."

Church recently just announced the birth of his baby boy, Boone McCoy Church. Boone was born at 8:35 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 3. and weighed in at 7 lbs., 11oz. “Everybody always tells you what an awesome and unique experience being a parent is. Words can never do the feeling justice.” says Church. Boone was born in Nashville, TN.

Eric went to school at Appalachian State University. By his junior year in high school, he had a regular gig in a bar. Most of his music is very in your face and has a lot of attitude. He bought a guitar when he was a teenager and taught himself how to play. Church is 34
