Important Vocabulary PowerPoint is a presentation graphic program. (Used as a guide/visual...) Placeholders are a designated area in PowerPoint layout that can be used to insert text and graphics.
Important vocabulary (continued) Transitions are visual effects used when a slide moves off of the screen and another moves onto the screen. After you apply a transition, a star appears below the slide in the slide sorter view and below the slide number in slide tab.
