McGregor PTO Informational Meeting September 25, :30 pm Auditorium

Parent Teacher Organization The MISSION of the PTO is to enhance and support the educational experience at McGregor School, to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parent involvement, and to improve the environment at McGregor School through volunteer and financial support.

 Establish a parent/guardian, teacher, and community volunteer program at McGregor School  To develop and maintain youth activities through fundraising, donations, and volunteers  To promote more community involvement in McGregor Public Schools

Research shows that when parents are involved in children’s education, the Children are more likely to:  Earn better grades  Score higher on tests  Pass their classes  Attend school regularly  Have better social skills  Be more positive in their attitude toward school  Complete homework assignments  Graduate and continue their education
