Creativity “Thinking outside the box” Ex: Steve Jobs, Mozart

Creativity Continued.. We used an improv about a cat story to represent our meaning of Creativity. An improv shows the creativity needed to create a storyline while continuing other’s work.

Scholarship “Goal Driven in Intelligence” Ex: Isaac Newton, Galileo

Scholarship Continued.. Knowledge Bowl Math Contest-We were given a set of math problems, and then told to solve them. They were very challenging and required critical thinking.

Community “Working Together as a Group” Ex: Harriet Tubman/underground railroad

Community Continued.. The Blind Building Game Observer, Messenger, and 4 Builders Observer’s Role-Observe the original structure and describe it to the Messenger(the messenger can’t see the original structure) Messenger’s Role-Receive information from the Observer and then tell one of the Builders what the observer described. Builder’s Role-Receive information from the Messenger and create the structure that they see.

Service “Helping Others” Ex: Mother Theresa

Service Continued.. We’ve been helping each other all week on all building games. We wrote friendly notes to each other, wrote a note to one of our sponsors, and created this PowerPoint to show the four ideals of MSMS.

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!! We thank everyone for making this camp fun and successful.
