The OUTCOMES of the Module The students should be able: 1To comprehend up-to-date theories, concepts and best practices in diversity education and to use them in their professional activities 2To construct independently different applicable models of diversity education 3To interact and communicate effectively in diversified educational environment, incl. with parents and social partners 4To analyze the implementation of diversity education and to assess its results 5To perceive diversity as smth typical and standard for education and as a resource for a learner's and organization development
