What Is PAAS Connect? PAAS Connect is an e-learning tool that you can tailor to meet your company’s educational needs. Staff can access numerous interactive training courses, discussions, and presentations about technical, emerging, and skill-specific issues on demand — and from any computer with an Internet connection. You can also customize courses to address your company’s needs.

How Do I Get Access? We require a contract before you set up your PAAS Connect e-library. After consulting with you, PAAS will create a unique curriculum for your company’s needs. Once we’ve created a curriculum, each registrant will receive an with login instructions. We’ll notify registrants by when we add courses to your curriculum.

PAAS Connect Pricing The PAAS Connect price applies to every employee in your company, not only premium audit. The pricing is applied yearly. Your company doesn’t need to worry about the number of employees that will take courses or the timing of registration. o Pricing applies to all employees within your company. o Pricing applies to all courses. Your underwriters, field auditors, telephone auditors, processors, dispute resolution representatives, claims processors, legal staff — anyone within your company — will have access as determined within the contract. If you wish to add other individuals (such as outside legal staff, agents, and brokers) to your company’s training program, we can add them to your contract. Contact to discuss.

How Do I Get Started with PAAS Connect ? Once we receive your signed contract, PAAS will request a list of employees you wish to register and their addresses. Also, we ask you to provide an initial list of courses to assign to each person. You can change this list at any time. We will send an with instructions to each employee. (See next slide.)

I’m Enrolled – Now What? Congratulations! Your company has given you the opportunity to gain additional training through PAAS Connect. Your company has selected specific courses for your continued training and education.

Next Steps After logging in to the “My Training” tab, you will see the list of courses your company has chosen for you. Select the course you wish to begin. Note: Some courses are divided into sections. Each section is approximately 20 to 30 minutes in length. You’ll see knowledge checks throughout each course. The knowledge checks test your understanding of the material. You must complete all sections and the final exam before the system will issue a certificate of completion. o Take as much time as you need on each course. o Take the course as many times as you wish. o Take the exam as many times as you wish.
