Recruitment FFA WANTS YOU!!!

YOU MUST BE Dedicated-If you don’t seem to like it students WILL know. You have to sell this program to them. Make them want it Knowledgeable- Know your FFA facts. Upcoming events and what is held there. What the FFA can offer them Able to connect with “recruits”-Let them feel welcome (especially younger recruits) Let them be apart of your friends and find something that interest them. Tylers hat!!!

WAYS TO RECRUIT 8th grade visits Intern an 8th grader Have 8 th graders come to meetings Set up a visit your local chapter day FFA 8 th grade Day In high school recruitment Invite friends to local/district events Tell them how they can benefit (scholarships, job experience, friends, fun) BEST GROUP
