What is your diagnosis?
Diagnosis: Intracerebral hemorrhage associated with hypertension. Discussion: At the time when this patient is operated, the hemoarrhage must have happened a few days or perhaps a week ago. This is indicated by the vascular proliferation and intense histiocytic infiltration.
