How to Complete Activity Reports Go to One report per event so if more than 1 Corps student runs an event, only 1 person needs to complete the activity report Activity reports can be done via app Complete them during the event so you don’t forget the information

What is tracked on Activity Reports Name of Event Reporter: that’s you, the designated person to fill it out for the event, workshop,etc. Number of SLC Participants: how many Corps students conducted the event Name of your School Activity Description Location of event (city, state, etc.) Activity Title: give it a title that showcases the event, e.g. SPARCS outreach at McClintock Middle School Tools and Equipment used: there are selections to choose from and an “other” option Date Duration in hours

What is tracked on Activity Reports Repeated vs. One Time Events: repeated events occur over a span of time and are ‘long term interventions’, e.g. a 6 week robotics program in Ms. Smith’s 5 th Grade Class; one time events occur once, e.g. high school road shows, technology expos, or a single demonstration in a classroom that isn’t part of a long term program at that school with that class Primary Audience: count the number of participants that were the targeted audience of the event; e.g. if it was a middle school class of 20 students, report the 20 students (not the teacher)

What is tracked on Activity Reports Demographic Breakdown of Audience: count the number of females and ethnicity groups represented to the best of your ability Secondary Audience: count the number of other participants, e.g. teachers and parents who attended a middle school class outreach project Significance for the Participants: tell us what you thought was meaningful for the participants of this event Significance for You: tell us what you thought was important about this event
