By Lila Stevens PRODUCE

Produce is fruits and vegetables. Produce comes in many different forms, and can be found in many different places. Non-GMO (genetically, modified, organisms) produce is than GMO produce because when you mess with the produce it tends to loose its taste and change its texture that is what happens with GMO produce. With non-GMO produce the produce keeps its flavor and its original texture. GMO produce is created to make the crop reproduce faster and more often, as well as to make the crop look better. Canned and dried produce are made to last longer. Some times it still tastes good. For example with dried fruit it just takes out the moisture, but with canned food tit takes away flavor, texture, and adds moisture. The quality of your produce counts. Good produce equals good food and good food equals a happy person.
