Spin is a virtual bike ride with instructor Kim Crilly. 60 minutes of intense calorie burning! Zumba with Lili is Latin dance moves and music at its best! Kickboxing with Lili is interval training that gets your heart rate up with jabs and kicks to motivating music. Step with Lili provides great lower body exercise + cardio. Body Conditioning with Kim Yost offers endurance and strength training for improved athleticism. Lengthen and Strengthen with Brenda is ½ strength training and ½ stretching to today’s top hits. All major muscle tendon units will be addressed. Burn and Build with Keith is grooving to the oldies while working your whole body head-to-toe using balls, tubes, bars, weights and more. Pilates with Rosa is core and more following the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Boot Camp with Crissie will have you be all that you used to be in a fun, challenging drill class! YogaFit with Nancy is yoga-pose flow and meditation. Aqua Aerobics with Marsha is fun and fitness in the water. Tuesdays are shallow and Thursday are deep-water classes. Equipment provided for deep water. Exercise for Joints with Marsha will increase mobility of major joints. Yoga with Sarabess is yoga-pose flow and meditation.
