Organisation Based on constitution 9 on the Committee Three main offices - Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer (committee elect annually) Meetings held (quarterly) in London but making more use of telephone conferences Agendas and Minutes ALARM Matters Everyone has a role

Funding Region makes bid for funding based upon business case ALARM agree funding bid Additional support can be provided if necessary ALARM now keep accounting records and make payments on behalf of region Additional support can be sought from other organisations
