Back Functionality Enhance User Experience – Auto return after decision to Compact Workload – Selecting an offender from the Compact Workload enables a ‘Back’ link on that offender’s profile to return to the previous Compact Workload search results. – The ‘Back to Compact Cases’ link, when reviewing an associated activity, returns to the previously selected Compact Case and expanded Associated Compact Activities table.

Merge & Delete Merge Offender Numbers – 2 offenders each have unique information or two cases that need to be under 1 offender number Multi-state loaded same offender as legacy In the creation of multiple cases, separate ICOTS offender numbers were created Expunge – Court order to remove record from system Copy of order must be uploaded Delete Offender Number – Offender record created in error: Duplicate Record Should not be used remove rejected cases or to withdraw
