Communication Assignment Notebooks – signed and scored daily, will chart progress. Website – Homework is usually posted daily – Every week or two, news, notes, and curriculum updates are sent Work Folder – Every 3 weeks work is sent home to be reviewed. Folders should be signed and work returned to school Tests – Tests are sent home after they are graded to be reviewed and signed by parents Report Cards – Letter grades from %, progress indicators recorded on 4 point scale

Conferences First Conference: 10/14 in the evening or 10/16 in the morning – Goal setting conference Second Conference: Week of 2/29-3/4 – Progress monitoring conference Students invited to attend Data typically shared: R-CBM, M-Comp, M-Cap, NWEA, grade percentages, and behavior ratings Sign up through Sign up Genius – which will be ed

Odds and Ends Cell phones – Need to be registered with school, and kept turned off in backpacks during school hours. Cell phone sheets are available to register phones. Money – All money should be sent in an envelope or plastic baggie that is labeled with child’s name and purpose. This includes lunch money, book orders, field trips, and other special activities Snacks – Send healthy snacks, preferably fruits and vegetables
