Introduction לפי התקנון באוניברסיטה, כל מחקר בבני אדם צריך לקבל אישור מועדת אתיקה לפני ביצועו. כל ועדה תקבל רק טפסים אלקטרונים ( ראו הקובץ ), כולל טופס הסכמה שישמש במחקר. לפי התקנון באוניברסיטה, כל מחקר בבני אדם צריך לקבל אישור מועדת אתיקה לפני ביצועו. כל ועדה תקבל רק טפסים אלקטרונים ( ראו הקובץ ), כולל טופס הסכמה שישמש במחקר.

תקנון כל מחקר חייב באישור ועדת אתיקה פקולטאית או עליונה. החליטה ועדת האתיקה הפקולטאית לא לאשר את המחקר, זכאי החוקר לערער על ההחלטה בפני ועדת האתיקה העליונה, תוך פרק זמן אשר ייקבע בנהלי העבודה של ועדת האתיקה הפקולטאית. כל מחקר חייב באישור ועדת אתיקה פקולטאית או עליונה. החליטה ועדת האתיקה הפקולטאית לא לאשר את המחקר, זכאי החוקר לערער על ההחלטה בפני ועדת האתיקה העליונה, תוך פרק זמן אשר ייקבע בנהלי העבודה של ועדת האתיקה הפקולטאית. לכל הצעת מחקר המוגשת לוועדת האתיקה הפקולטאית יצורף פרוטוקול שבו יוצגו המטרות, דרכי הביצוע, ההשלכות הצפויות, הסיכונים הצפויים ודרכי הטיפול בסיכונים אלה. הפרוטוקול יכלול התייחסות מפורשת לכל בעיה אתית העשויה להתעורר במהלך ביצוע המחקר. נמצא בפרוטוקול המחקר סעיף שאינו עומד בעקרונות האתיים הקבועים בנוהל זה, יוחזר הפרוטוקול לחוקר לתיקון כתנאי לאישורו לכל הצעת מחקר המוגשת לוועדת האתיקה הפקולטאית יצורף פרוטוקול שבו יוצגו המטרות, דרכי הביצוע, ההשלכות הצפויות, הסיכונים הצפויים ודרכי הטיפול בסיכונים אלה. הפרוטוקול יכלול התייחסות מפורשת לכל בעיה אתית העשויה להתעורר במהלך ביצוע המחקר. נמצא בפרוטוקול המחקר סעיף שאינו עומד בעקרונות האתיים הקבועים בנוהל זה, יוחזר הפרוטוקול לחוקר לתיקון כתנאי לאישורו
