2006 SE Accomplishments – Success Examples GA – staff use ITRC products at DoD sites: Fort Gordon - Small Arms Firing Ranges; Fort Benning – Diffusion Samplers; Camp Wheeler – UXO Investigation NV – transforming an abandoned firing range to a wetlands park with ITRC’s Small Arms Firing Range document and ITRC’s Brownfield document for EPA funding process ME – using ITRC Alternative Landfill products to evaluate bioreactors proposal KS and MO – ITRC’s ISCO-2 products “saves the day” in MO to deny ISCO. In KS, the same info helps in approval of ISCO at Dry Cleaner sites VT – used perchlorate document to quickly respond to community and provide info for Commissioner

In 2006, TLs implemented a new project planning system  ITRC now manages by “project” vs. “team”  14 ITRC Teams have managed 28 projects successfully in 2006 with minimal schedule delays  Due to efforts of TLs and PAs, ITRC can now predict its work load well into the future and plan more effectively for new initiatives

ITRC Training Program State/Local Government Federal Agencies Other Consultant/Engineering Firms The ITRC Training program has been very successful in providing timely, relevant and needed high quality training to participants in both the public and private sector  5,202 participants in 1st 9 months of 2006 On track to increase from 6,461 total participants in 2005 by the end of 2006  36 public offerings on 20 topics Promoting over 22 ITRC documents  31,591 participants (July 1999 – Sept 2006)
