Why a Grant Manual?  Everyone manages grants differently  Different levels of understanding of grants by those managing them  Information not all in one place  Recent changes in structure across various colleges means those who previously managed grants may not be in the same role  Attempt to provide “best practices”

Grants Manual  Will be in electronic form on OSPA’s website - ml ml  In PDF form, but contains a table of contents that will take you directly to a specific topic  Part I (Resources and General Information) is ready to post  Part II (SAP & BW) will be ready soon  Uniform Guidance will require some updates
