Final Notes:  Upload the ORM and W&B to the e104 before calling/meeting with the FRO.  Make sure you and the FRO are talking about the same Mission Number and the same Sortie Number.  Make sure you have a valid flight release from the FRO before you depart and you hear the words, “You are released”. Note the FRO’s name, CAPID, date & time of release.  Make sure the aircraft meets all airworthiness equipment requirement (Use Airworthy/Safety Go-No Go Checklist and Airworthiness Decision Flowchart).
