Answer The subject of a sentence is either past, present, or future tense; therefore the verbs need to reflect the tense of the subject in the sentence
Explain Today, my mom will ask you to call her back -Future tense (This will happen.) Yesterday, my mom asked you to call her back. -Past tense (This already happened.) My mom asks that question everyday. -Present tense (This is happening now.)
