Follow up with delegates to get introductions in . Also ask for names of bloggers that they consider influential in their field. Compiled list of contacts for each FMO stored in shared folders. Some FMO’s will have more than one person, so the list needs to be detailed. Jan 1 st – Jan 15 th Contact 10 FMO’s. For each, let them know that we will be publishing a paper on Career Path in late May or early June. We’d like to know their deadlines for submission. Also ask about conferences where the paper may be suitable for presentation. Each FMO contacted confirms and provides information. Jan 15 th – Jan 30 th Contact remainder of FMO’s. (See above)All FMO’s confirm and provide information on publicity Feb 15 th Release a publicity plan that indicates the names, dates, and necessary content to be sent to each FMO. Contact EA bloggers to let them know that the paper is coming out. Ask for them to review it in June when it is available. Plan sent to Pgm and stored in shared folders. Contacts made to bloggers. Start Date ActivityCompletion Criteria May 1 st When final document goes out for review, drop an to each contact reminding them of the impending document sent June 15 th Assuming 60% of all FMO’s vote to confirm, contact each FMO that voted to confirm and send needed information to be included on their publications or site. Publish the paper on FEAPO site. Tweet about it and get bloggers engaged to discuss. Messages sent July 15 th Collaborate with any conferences where the paper may be presented. Find a speaker to attend and present the paper. Conference confirms participation. Aug 15 th Create Youtube video and SlideShare presentation for internet consumption and upload to those sites.
