WHITETAIL DEER HUNTING By: Dennis Thomas

WHY HUNTING?  It is my passion, and I am very knowledegeable on the topic  Many people have misconceptions of the sport  It is something I not only do for fun, but also get paid to do, and plan to make it into a career

OBJECTIVES  Give cold hard facts to prove the good intentions of hunters  To open my audiences eyes to the possible problems that could arise if hunting was outlawed

PROBLEMS I ENCOUNTERED  Finding an appropriate and fitting JavaScript applet  Finding correct statistics for my Excel worksheet  I didn’t have the correct programs on my laptop, forcing me to come to the library

WHAT I LEARNED  Microsoft Excel is not as intimidating as I thought it would be  Saving your buttons in the correct folder saves a lot of headache  Inserting the code is not that big of a hassle
