THE STUDY SITUATIONS OF SPECIAL NEED CHILDREN DEVELOPMENT THAT COOPERATED WITH LAMSING COMMUNITIES CHANTHABURI PROVINCE.

INTRODUCATION.

Thai change social and education suddenly especially the special education to reflect about of special education service. Reality federal government have not special education service all over everyone the children have to reject in school and the children have not assistance from organization and multidisciplinary team necessary to live together collaborate for the purpose of assistance the children.

OBJECTIVE.

This Study aims to investigate situation culture and carefully the special need with children in Lamsing, Chanthaburi Province.

Materials and Methods.

-This study secondary data from The department district administration community 7 area and the public health center 7 area in Lamsing, Chanthaburi Province.

- Analyzes data descriptive statistics and frequency data.

- Collecting of data by in deep interview parental the special need with children.

- To hold a meeting brainstorm focus groups and learning forum 3 meeting in the community have to participate people, the parental, the community leader, the special need with children and researcher.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION.

This study secondary data the special need with children total 14 source in Lamsing community. The finding of this study show that 39 children at least 20 years old. The families have problem care children. They were only care by one self. They have not people procedural safeguard and advocacy care children organization.

The main concept can be summarized into three types: (1) that supporting parents to take care of Special Need Children, (2) supporting students to be more active in the community and helping them develop skills for Special Need Children, (3) offering a balanced project presentation as a government organization helping Special Need Children.
