Mentoring - How It Works Now uses a real POP3/IMAP server scorevolunteer.org accounts used for Mentoring Notifications can be forwarded to your personal account No longer use WebIT to enter Mentoring sessions, they will be entered in the SugarCRM interface. STILL USE WebIT for face-to-face mentoring Historical data will be migrated to the SugarCRM (client data, client sessions) If a mentoring request is not responded to within 48 hours, the chapter admin will be notified and the mentor will have to login to reactivate themselves.
