Some example of journals: Journal of pharmaceutical science International journal of pharmaceutics Pharmaceutical research Journal of pharmacy and pharmacology Journal of drug development and industrial pharmacy It is a small database and mainly covers publications not indexed in other databases such as pharmacy trade magazine, and state pharmacy journals. IPA is the best database to use to find a great number of articles on pharmacy administration, drug laws and legislation, and pharmacy ethics.

It is perhaps the world's largest scientific database; it contains 14 million abstracts from the journals, books and technical report. It is the most important database for those interested in drug development. Biosis previews cover the literature of the life sciences, including preclinical toxicity and carcinogenicity studies. Searching on-line database appears to be easy but doing a successful search can require a great deal of skill and prior experience.
