Problem/Failure reporting - Problem/Failure reporting may be informal up to the time of integration with flight hardware - After flight software/hardware integration, problem/failure reporting will be in accordance with the standard failure reporting, failure analysis, and corrective action process

Alerts -Two alerts that impact THEMIS: Actels A54SX72 – surge current problem Diode JANTXV1N ESD problem Printed Wiring Boards - Build per Mil-P-55110F with coupons Inspections and Tests - QA will verify soldering and witness component/system testing and review test records - QA will verify the installation and removal of Red Tag/Green Tag items prior to testing and launch Metrology - QA will verify that all equipment is in calibration prior to testing
