The PBS Team presents: “I.R.O.A.R. 100” An acknowledgement system for students and staff who model positive behavior

The Ticket Every day, 10 IROAR tickets will be dispersed to 10 staff members Those 10 staff members will be responsible for giving their ticket to students who model positive behavior in the halls, cafeteria, outside, etc. (non-classroom locations) Before the staff member gives the ticket to the student modeling positive behavior, he or she will fill out the required information listed on the ticket

The Student The student is then responsible for taking the ticket to the office during passing period or during lunch The student will enter his or her name and other information including grade, date, staff member who issued ticket, reason for ticket, and grid number into the IROAR celebrity book which will be on display in the office Grid number? The student will draw a number to determine where their name will be placed on the grid

The Grid The grid is 10x10, or 100 boxes numbered from 1 to 100 Students names are placed on the corresponding #

The Grid Cont. The students in the first row, column, or diagonal to fill up will win a mystery motivator The staff members who wrote the winning tickets will also receive a mystery motivator The grid is then wiped clean and starts over All of the IROAR tickets collected will be entered into a drawing held during a future PBS assembly

The Mystery Motivators The mystery motivators are an added bonus for students and staff members who model the expected behaviors found on the IROAR teaching matrix The PBS Team will constantly be looking for new ways to reward students and staff and needs your help coming up with ideas
