Booked for 12th July 2016 Packed lunch on first day. Tuesday – Newlands (start activities straight away!) Friday – am activities – home for 4:00pm Expect a lot of washing!

Groupings / accommodation / activities / timetable Girls / Boys choose friendship groups for bedrooms (5-6 room) Girls and boys - different floors Children split into groups for activities Activities: Team challenges, Earth-ball, Archery, Mountain biking, climbing, abseiling, Ghyll scrambling, kayaking, High ropes, Hill walking, end of week disco and more. All instructors –trained and safety checked

Groupings / accommodation / activities / timetable Children - wake up at 7.30am – breakfast 8am 3 meals a day will be provided Activities will finish at around 9pm Children will be expected to be in dorms for 10pm Lights out 10:30pm

Cost / Spending money / Valuables The approx. cost of the trip will be around £380 A deposit of £30 will be needed by 16 th October to secure place (ParentPay) Full payment will be needed by 6 th May 2016 (we have to pay balance to Newlands on this date) £15 spending money in change No electronic equipment including mobile phones

What to pack A comprehensive kit list will be provided Old clothes really are best Wetsuits – handy but not essential Medication Staff – hand out medication – breakfast, lunch, evening meal, bedtime.
