High level goals and assumptions We are a company developing the system for market, we need software to operate with available generic hardware to make a new a product The most desirable feature should be the automated shopping Busy (or lazy) people want to use the system to save time The system can be used by the elderly and infirm to support independent living System must be reliable because it can preserve life The system should be modular so that people can buy the pieces that suit their needs
