DEMAND FOR HONDA (waiting time for advance booking) More than18 months waiting in delhi, mumbai, calcutta, chennai. More than 12 months waiting in all capitals of Indian States. Almost 12 months waiting in major cities. Around 9 months waiting in normal cities. Around 6-9 months waiting in towns.

So, selling this bike is almost a cake walk for the company. But…

A company is not at all a company until and unless it reaches every heart of the citizens of that particular country…

YES… THE COMPANY IS NOT REACHING EVERY HEART… THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE WHO ARE WAITING FOR HONDA AS THEY DESIRE. THOUGH COMPANY IS PRODUCING THEIR DESIRED PRODUCT IT DOES NOT REACH THEIR HEARTS…

HERE ARE THOSE ‘NON-BIKE RIDERS’ Handicapped (legs). People who don’t know how to ride a two wheeler but have a desire to ride a bike. Senior citizens. and few more….

WHAT IS THEIR DESIRED BIKE? They need a bike which can balance itself. They need a bike which looks as stylish as present Honda ACTIVA. They need a bike which grabs citizen’s attention but not citizen’s sympathy. They need a new version of bike for themselves to feel proud for acheving their desired bike.

What does company manufactured?

Why is it not desired? Failed in look. Failed in comfort regarding both driving and back seating. Created an impact of sympathy bike. Absence of perfectionism in finishing work technically.

Main reason of failure… The rear tyres created a look of sympothy. The distance between the tyres is more. The outlook resembles like a local manufacturing bike than that of a company bike.

What is the solution?

People need a Stylish Bike

So… I suggest…
