Hands-on Lab Computer & AV information  Projection:  9 x 16 Projection Screen w/trim kit(16:9 Aspect Ratio)  Please prepare your content using 16:9 presentation template  HD Projector - 10k Lumen (1920x1080)  Trainer table:  1 Workstation with same configuration as the trainee computers  2 x Wireless Lavaliere Microphones  1 xMackie 1202 Audio Mixer  1 xDVI Switcher  1 x network switch (can connect your laptop)  WIFI also available  Trainee tables:  48 tables with 1 workstation each. ( including 2 hot spares )  2 trainee can sit at each table.

User Account  How to Login Username: adskevents\Expert Password: Passwd123!  Auto-logon Computers are set to log on automatically  Same credentials for all computers in the Lab

Datasets  Access share via: \\dp07\datasets\{CLASS NAME}  Request students to load the datasets from the share or copy them locally  A shortcut to the share will be on the student workstation desktops IMPORTANT: Speakers are responsible for uploading their datasets on-site. Datasets should be uploaded to the computer in their assigned lab room or via the Speaker Ready Room computers.
