What is Reverse Transfer? For students who have transferred to a university prior to completing an Associate’s degree Through data sharing, outreach to students, and transcript evaluation, students who have earned the required credits can be awarded their Associate’s degrees while they are pursuing their Bachelor’s degrees.
Who Benefits from Reverse Transfer? To students – Both Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees or at least Associate’s To Community Colleges – Credit for completions – Closer transfer collaborations with universities To Universities – Students with Associate’s more likely to earn Bachelor’s degree
Reverse Transfer and 40/40/20 Oregon’s completion goal – 40/40/20 40 percent of Oregonians with minimum of bachelor’s degree 40 percent of Oregonians with minimum of associate’s degree and/or certificate 100 percent of Oregonians with minimum of high school diploma or equivalent How does Reverse Transfer fit?
