 PHE has to be a matter of responsibility and economic support of all governments.  PHE has a responsibility to a particular stakeholder, such as students, parents, environment, and so on.  PHE tasks major are research, innovations, and creativity.  PHE contributes to the eradication of poverty.  PHE is a sustainable tools of development.
