Inputs: a)Ground Observations:  Rain/Snow stations, Installed 93, expected 70 more to be installed very soon.  Classic stations 22.  Automatic complete stations, 6 (1 not yet installed).  Forth nightly Crop monitoring sites, 80 locations.
