Local Government Training Group - Context People/Organisation Development Strategy for Local Government SOLACE - taking the lead on the delivery of the Leadership Pillar within the OD Strategy with Leadership Development as a key priority within the SOLACE Business Plan LGTG – coordination role & establishment of the Learning & Development Practitioners’ Group with representation from all Council areas Consultation with the Chairs of the Professional Groups Survey of the Learning & Development needs across LG

Practitioners’ Group ToRs To identify the capacity building needs of officers and recommend to the LGTG appropriate interventions within key training and development themes and in support of the ICE Programme.
