Using the NETS in the classroom National Education Technology Standards for Students

Creativity and Innovation Students will demonstrate creative thinking, construct knowledge, and develop innovative products and processes using technology. Examples: Public Service Announcement for Tobacco Education Unit WebQuest Open House Video

Research and Information Fluency Students use digital tools to gather, evaluate and use information. Example: The Mind and Reading Workstations

Critical Thinking, Problem Solving & Decision Making Students use critical thinking skills to plan and conduct research, manage projects, solve problems and make informed decisions using appropriate digital tools and resources. Example Sequencing Podcasts
