VACUUM GROUP Design, construction, operation, maintenance and upgrade of high & ultra-high vacuum systems for Accelerators and Detectors. Expertise, support and management: on thin-walled vacuum chambers, windows and bellows compensation systems in vacuum sealing and leak-tightness technology in dynamic vacuum phenomena of the industrial support contract for vacuum work in accelerators in vacuum control systems, vacuum interlocks and monitoring tools 4Magdalena Karpiel

TE-VSC-ICM Interlocks, Controls and Monitoring Section In charge of the design, maintenance & consolidation of the vacuum control systems of all Accelerators and Detectors. Vacuum Controllers Architecture 5 Magdalena Karpiel

Introduction to the Naming Convention and Architecture of the Vacuum System Participate in the control Topology for the ICM Quality Management Project Format and enter information (studying VBA & Excel formulas) Update of equipment and rack layouts of Linac 4 and creation of equipment lists, to be imported in the CERN Central DATABASE in the future MY TASKS 6Magdalena Karpiel EDMS#

A REMINDER ON ICM NAMING CONVENTION used for my tasks on TOPOLOGY 7 Magdalena Karpiel An inventory has been created with more than 300 codes It conforms to the “LHC Quality Assurance Definition, which defines the equipment serial number with 19 characters, extensively used in MTF The new ICM naming convention has been integrated in the Accelerators Naming Portal
