What We Have Learned In Life Skills By: Nick Daniels

Understanding Yourself We have learned to control our emotions. We learned about adolescence and how to adjust physical and emotional.

Your Self-Concept We learned about self- concept and how to improve it. We learned to accept constructive criticism.

Making a good impression We learned how to avoid stereotyping and form a first impression. We learned to have a positive attitude.

Being a Citizen and a Leader We learned about being a good citizen and what teamwork is. We learned about being a leader and his responsibilities.

Managing Your Income We learned about management steps and the process. We learned about personal resources.

Food Pyramid We learned about all the different food groups and how healthy each is. We learned about what a vegetarian eats.

Healthy Guidelines We learned about eating a variety of foods and how to keep a balanced diet. We learned how to choose low cholesterol foods.
